I love the simplicity and practicality of having a pair of large planters out on your porch that can be left out year-round and be refilled according to each season.

What’s even better is if the planters are classic in style and you can happily repeat this process of re-using and refilling your planters each season for years and years.I think I was suffering from a little bit of a lack of inspiration this time around, but as soon as I saw other front porches in our town starting to look all cheerful and Christmassy, my motivation definitely came back.

As far as finding inspiration goes, I really just needed to take a quick walk around our property and I really found all the inspiration that I needed!I love how it all came together.
